New account online access: I just started water/sewer service. When will I be able to register to manage my utility account online?

You may register to manage your utility account online within two (2) business days (Mon-Thur) after your service has started. To register, you will need a valid email address, your utility account number, and your name exactly as it appears on your utility account.

If you need do not have your utility account number, or are not sure how your name appears on your utility account, please contact our Customer Care Center at (702) 267-5900. Specialists are available to assist you Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. PST.
