FAQ

Construction Hours: During what hours is it allowable for construction to be done (such as construction in new residential subdivisions and commercial buildings)?

Per Henderson Municipal Code, Section 8.84.030.E, construction is allowed between 6:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.. This means, however, that no work of any kind related to a construction project can be done outside of those hours, including refueling or staging/moving of construction vehicles or equipment.

This regulation does not apply to golf course maintenance as golf course maintenance can begin prior to 6:00 a.m.

If you witness construction outside of those hours, you may contact us with the specific location, date and time(s), and type of work or vehicles. The more information you can provide, the quicker we can investigate to determine if a violation has occurred.
