Travel Trailer Storage: Are there any restrictions on storage of travel trailers in residential areas?

You may have one travel trailer unit on the home premises of its owner when not used for living or sleeping purposes provided that said trailer shall not be connected with or served by any electric, gas, or water facilities and cannot be longer than twenty-five feet. This vehicle will have to be properly registered and parked in the rear or side yard (behind a fence) or parked in a legal parking stall in front of the home.
