Change login email: How do I change the email address I use to log in and view my utility account?

To change your email address, log in to your account and click on Manage My Account from the My Account menu. From there you'll have the option to change your password.

We will send an email to your new email address. The email will contain a link for you to verify your email address.

If you do not know the email address that was used to set up your account, you will need to contact our Customer Care Center at (702) 267-5900. Specialists are available to assist you Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. PST
