Change/forgot password: How do I change my password? What if I cannot remember my password?

To change your password, log in to your account and click on Manage My Account from the My Account menu. From there you'll have the option to change your password.

If you cannot remember your password, go to the Login page and click on Forgot My Password. You'll need your email address, security question and answer to complete the process.

If you cannot remember your email address or security question, you'll need to contact our Customer Care Center at (702) 267-5900. Specialists are available to assist you Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. PST.
