Manage utility account online: I want to manage my utility account online. Where do I start?

To manage your utility account online, you will need a valid email address and a copy of your City of Henderson Utility Bill.

Click here to complete the simple registration process. Next:


  1. Enter your account number and account name - exactly as it appears on your bill.

  2. Enter your valid email address, create a password, and select a Secret Question and Answer.


You will be sent an email with a link to activate your account. Once you've activated your account your registration will be complete!

Once registered, you'll be able to enroll in AutoPay and E-Bill, pay your bill, view past billing statements, view your consumption history, and more.
