COVID-19: Where can I get, when can I get and how can I cancel my COVID-19 Vaccine appointments?

Where can I book an appointment?


Please head to the Southern Nevada Health District to book a first or second dose appointment.

You can also find a vaccine provider at the Immunize Nevada Website or call the Nevada State Call Center. The call center is open 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. seven days a week and can be reached at 1-800-401-0946. 


How to cancel my Signup Genius Appointment?


If you need to cancel your appointment, select “Edit My Sign Up. You will need to delete you current appointment and register for a new appointment. You are highly encourage to make sure there are openings before cancelling your appointment. *Note: Last appointment in Signup Genius is March 4th. There will be no additional second dose appointments at this site. Those that need to reschedule for a date after March 4th will need to schedule a second dose at the Convention Center.


What if I am sick on the day of my vaccination?


You are asked to be in good health to receive your vaccination. You will need to reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling well.


What if I have COVID-19 or have recently had COVID-19, do I need to reschedule my appointment?


If you have COVID-19, you should wait to be vaccinated until you are symptom free and are no longer under isolation requirements. 

What should I do if I lost my COVID-19 Vaccination card?

To access your immunization record go to:

Enter your personal information (name and date of birth) to match what you entered on your vaccination form.

It is suggested you take a picture of your vaccination card in addition to emailing a copy of your card to yourself.
