There are 2 public speaking periods at each meeting. The first period is near the beginning of the meeting and is for items appearing on the agenda. The second period is near the end of the meeting and is for items not on the agenda. Speakers are limited to three minutes for their comments.
Anyone is allowed to speak to the Council during the Public Comment section of the agenda, regarding any subject, whether or not that subject matter is on the agenda. Further instructions are provided at the meeting.
