- Upon being sentenced to Direct Supervision, Indirect Supervision, Community Service or Work Program, the Offender must report immediately to Alternative Sentencing. At this time, the Offender will be given important information pertaining to sentencing conditions, and will have an opportunity to ask any questions he or she may have. Reporting to Alternative Sentencing is not optional; those Offenders who do not report immediately after being sentenced will be considered non-compliant and an arrest warrant will be issued. Offenders are encouraged to ask for clarification on any conditions of sentencing not clearly understood. Ignorance is not an excuse for non-compliance.
Additionally, if for any reason you are returned to court during the term of your probation you are required to again report to Alternative Sentencing immediately following court or within one business day of being released from custody. If you are on Direct Supervision, you are required to report for scheduled office visits. Contact the officer assigned to your case if you have any questions.
