Public Tours: When are public tours of the City's water reclamation facilities and water treatment plant offered?Public tours of the City of Henderson Kurt R. Segler Water Reclamation Facility and Southwest Water Reclamation Facility are offered on Tuesdays at 9:00 a.m. Tours must be requested two weeks in advance, and group size is limited to 20 people or less. Children must be at least eight years old, and groups with multiple children must have one adult to supervise every 5 children.
