FAQ

I am a property manager/realtor/other agent: How do I request to start/stop service at the property or change the mailing address??

We are pleased to share that Property Manager Service Requests have moved to our new Customer Portal. Forms are now easier to access and can be submitted without logging in. You may use the portal to request service starts, stops, billing information changes, or a waiver of a late fee.

Requests are processed in the order received and may take up to three (3) business days. To avoid delays, please complete all required fields and attach all necessary documents. Incomplete or incorrect submissions will be closed, and a new request will need to be submitted.

Quick Tips

  • Requests submitted with today’s date will be scheduled for the next business day.
  • Use your EIN only (do not use SSN).
  • If the property owner or property manager is new to the City of Henderson, please attach the required IRS SS-4 or 147C letter.

NOTE: Faxed or emailed requests are NOT accepted.
