Demand Requests are now available as a self-service option through the City of Henderson Utilities Customer Portal. This feature allows you to quickly view balances due on a property and capture the information needed without waiting for manual processing.
How do I submit a Demand Request?

Go to the Customer Portal.

Select Self-Service Demand at the bottom of the page.

Click Pay Now.

Enter the property address or account number to search.

Review the results and screenshot the balance(s) details for your records.
Important Notes:

Demand Requests are not available for master-metered locations (e.g., individual apartments, condominiums with unit numbers, or commercial properties served by a single meter across multiple units).

Your request will be processed within three (3) business days, and you will receive a welcome email once the account is active.
