Passport: What do I need when applying for a passport?To apply for a U.S. passport book or card please bring the following items: 1)Original proof of citizenship. (Birth certificate or Naturalization Certificate or previous US passport) 2)Valid photo identification. 3)Check or money order for the fees that go to the Department of State (fees listed on our website linked below). Children under age 16 MUST appear with both parents or legal guardians. If you have special circumstances and feel you need direction, please call 702-267-1400 Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:30pm to speak with a representative.
