A barricade plan permit allows the placement of traffic cones or other barricading devices for the purpose of safely routing vehicles and pedestrians around a work zone. The permit identifies the layout of the barricades, the location where they will be set up, and the date and times when the barricades will be in place. This permit is issued by Traffic Services Engineering.
