The
City of Henderson previously offered two landscape/turf removal loan programs to
residents. The Homeownership Enrichment Landscape Program (HELP) was an
interest free deferred payment loan for low-income residents. The Turf Removal
Program (TRP) was a 3% interest bearing loan for any income level residents. These loan programs are no longer accepting new applications.
Requests
for reconveyance may take up to 29 business days and should be considered for
any anticipated deadlines.
