Welcome to Access Fort Collins, the easy way to contact the City with your questions, comments, and service requests whenever it is most convenient for you.
Simply select your topic, provide your contact information (or you can choose to remain anonymous) and the details of your request - Access Fort Collins will get it to the staff best equipped to answer your questions.
If you create a user account, you can submit additional information and review the status of your request. The personal information you enter when becoming a member, like your name, address and phone number, will not be shared with anyone else. However, the letter you compose through this application is a public record. As with all public records, such as letters to the City, the City is required to make it available if requested to do so.
NOTE: You are welcome to submit a request anonymously, however, we will not be able to contact you to request clarifying information or provide updates. If you choose to remain anonymous, please provide adequate detail so that staff can properly address your concern.
