Submit a Request

Welcome to Access Fort Collins, the easy way to contact the City with your questions, comments, and service requests whenever it is most convenient for you.

Simply select your topic, provide your contact information (or you can choose to remain anonymous) and the details of your request - Access Fort Collins will get it to the staff best equipped to answer your questions.

If you create a user account or use an established account to file a request, you can submit additional information and review the status of your request. The personal information you enter for your account, like your name, address and phone number, will be subject to release to a requesting party. However, your email address is not subject to release. The letter you compose through this application is a public record. As with all public records, such as letters to the City, the City is required to make it available if requested to do so.

NOTE: You are welcome to submit a request anonymously (not through an account), however, we will not be able to contact you to request clarifying information or provide updates. If you choose to remain anonymous, please provide adequate detail so that staff can properly address your concern.
