Do I need a permit to remove a tree from my property?

Trees that are on the CIty's heritage tree list, trees that are part of a landscape plan approved through the design review process, and privately maintained trees in the public right of way all require a City permit prior to removal/ Refer to Municipal Code Chapter 12.06 for additional information related to the process.
