Are there restrictions on the heights/types of plants/trees that can be planted on a residential property?

Parcels with an approved landscape plan from Design Review will be
conditioned with the type and number of plants and may have maximum
allowable height limits established for the vegetation. Parcels with a
Hedge Height Claim ruling will have the hedge conditioned with a
specific height. Parcels without a Design Review approved landscape plan
or Hedge Height Claim ruling are not restricted to a height requirement
or the type of plant material on the parcel.
