Home Buyer Program: How can I get assistance to purchase a home?
There are two programs available to help purchase a home: The Housing Division administers a program to assist with down payment and closing costs for qualifying applicants when purchasing a home in Henderson. Applicants must have lived or worked in Henderson for one year and must attend a homebuyer education class prior to applying.
