Declaration of Homestead forms can be obtained from the Henderson City Clerk's office, the County Recorder's office, or the County Assessor's office free of charge. These forms may also be obtained at almost any stationary store or may be downloaded from the Clark County Assessor's website. The form must be completely filled out, notarized and taken or mailed to the County Recorders office to be recorded. Please contact the County Recorder's office for details.
