The public may request that literature be mailed to them or may get advice over the telephone. In addition, renters who have been unable to get landlords to correct maintenance problems, which may lead to interior mold growth, can file a complaint with Environmental Health.
Examples of these maintenance problems include roof leaks, breaks in plumbing lines, faulty door seals or window seals and slab leaks.
