My neighbor keeps parking vehicles along the curbside blocking my drive way entrance. They have been asked a couple of time to please refrain from blocking the drive way if they are parking along the curb, yet the continue to do so. What can be done?

Blocking a driveway opening is a clear violation of the North Las Vegas Municipal Code. However, Code Enforcement cannot respond to this violation. Enforcement of vehicle violations on the city streets (whether the vehicles are moving or parked along the curb) is the responsibility of The North Las Vegas Parking Services Division. You may contact The North Las Vegas Parking Services Division by calling 702-633-1560 and provide them with a description of the vehicle and request their assistance.
