FAQ

How do I cancel or freeze a hold?

Go to the Library Catalog and log into your account, then click on Titles on Hold to display a list of your holds. Find title, and click on Cancel Hold, and then click on Confirm Cancel Hold.

You can freeze a hold as log as the item is not available and you are not the first hold in the queue. Find title in hold list, and click on Freeze Hold. To unfreeze, return to hold list, find title, and click on Thaw.
