FAQ

How long does a foster child stay in the foster home?

The Agency's goal is to reunite families as soon as safely possible. Children are typically placed in foster homes for 6-t0-12 months, although the actual timeframes may vary to allow their parents time to address the problems that brought the children to the attention of the Juvenile Court.
