When and where are the City Council meetings held? When is the agenda available? Where can I obtain a copy of the staff report and minutes?The City Council meets regularly on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 6:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers at City Hall, 500 Castro Street. Special meetings are called as necessary by the Mayor and noticed at least 24 hours in advance. The agenda and staff reports are available online at https://mountainview.legistar.com/Calendar.aspx, at the Mountain View Public Library, 585 Franklin Street, beginning the Thursday evening before each meeting, and at the City Clerk's office Friday morning. City Council meetings are broadcast on Channel 26 on Comcast in Mountain View, on the City’s YouTube channel, via Zoom, and available live and archived on the City website (FAQ6383)
