Mothers, fathers, or anyone else with legal custody of a newborn infant (up to 72-hours old) can safely and anonymously surrender their baby to employees at one of the following locations:
- Public or private hospital emergency rooms
- Orange County Fire Stations, which are staffed 24-hours a day, 7 days per week
- Orangewood Children's Home, located at 401 The City Drive, Orange, California (714) 935-7080
