There are several options for filing a complaint. You may file via the Internet, telephone (661-723-6121), in person, or by mail as follows: 1. Give your name, address and telephone number in case we need further information, and can report back to you. All reports and contacts are kept confidential. 2. Give the location of the problem and the specific street address. 3. Identify the specific issue, nuisance, or violation including any description or license number if possible. Your complaint will be investigated as soon as possible, with dangerous or unsafe conditions prioritized first. The property owner and/or occupant will be required to correct any violations.
