FAQ

Why are couches and other items dumped in the street sitting there for days?  

What appears as "dumped" items to you might actually be items appropriately scheduled and set out for collection under the On Call Plus Clean Up program.  This program is for residents subscribed to curbside service (individual carts) and the cost is included in their utility rate.  

Residents in apartments subscribed to shared trash and recycling services should contact their property manager to arrange for special collection.  Small fees may apply to cover the cost of the service.

If the items are not collected within 7 days, please enter a Ask MV request to resolve the problem.
