If you have an escrow account with your bank, they receive the bill and you are mailed only a receipt. If your taxes are not paid by your bank through an escrow account, contact the Receiver of Taxes. NOTE: Under NYS Real Property Law, you are responsible for your taxes whether you receive your bill or not.
