The Comcate Team is pleased to announce our latest release. Highlights include:

Templates and email improvements in eFM communications and tasks

  • Templates pre-fill the subject and message to save time with frequent communications
  • Create email or task templates in the Setup > Email and Task Template screen
  • Select a template when logging customer communications, sending internal notes or creating tasks
  • Send email to case owners and collaborators when sending customer email or logging communications

Quick Tally improvements (eFM)

  • Redesigned Quick Tally screen allows multiple tallies and is streamlined to minimize scrolling
  • New Quick Tally Volume Report provides a summary of tallies taken by a department and by day and time to see traffic patterns

Report improvements (eFM)

  • Report By Location now allows easy comparison of case counts across locations
  • Open and Pending Cases by Department Report now includes Collaborator names and longer Customer Request snippet

Improvements for automatically notifying customer when eFM case is resolved

  • Internal customers will receive auto email when case is resolved (requires auto notification to be setup for the case subtopic)
  • Anonymous users will see auto response when case is opened or resolved in their customer account screen (requires auto notification to be setup for the case subtopic)

Code Enforcement improvements

  • Photos can be marked inactive to be excluded from the Field Report and View Photos screen
