eFeedbackManager enhancements:

• Use the new Department Activity Report to see the number of new assignments, number of responses, cases resolved and cases re-assigned.
• Improved display of custom fields on the Case Detail screen to extend across two columns
• Ability to add a link to the case to the email sent on the Send an Email screen. If the customer type is external, the link will go to the citizen case status screen. If the customer type is internal, the link will go to the employee case detail screen.
