You must submit a request (either a registration/de-registration request or a general inquiry) in order to establish your user account. An option to change your username and password will be provided once you submit your first request or inquiry.
To set your username and password as a first-time user: - Select a topic/sub-topic
- Fill out contact information
- Provide information pertaining to your request/inquiry
- Submit
- On the confirmation screen, click on link at bottom left ("change username or password")
- Keep or change default username
- Enter desired password in both boxes
- Save
